Welcome to Fairwater
Fairwater is a community of 95 homes located in the City of Frisco, Texas. It was built in 2015 by Henley USA (d/b/a MainVue Homes) as the Twin Creeks Addition Phase I, and fully transitioned to its owners in 2020 under the governance of the Fairwater HOA, a Texas Non-Profit Corporation.
The Association is governed by a set of bylaws, design guidelines, and CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions). These documents are available to all homeowners in the homeowner portal. The Association retains a Property Manager who is the primary interface for all homeowners and is responsible for the daily management of the community. Contact details are listed on this page.
